PUBLIC AGREEMENT (OFFER)
on accession to the terms and rules of operation of the “ASAP Lawyers” web platform
for ordering professional services and specialized works

(hereinafter referred to as the Provider),
offers persons who register and are users of the “ASAP Lawyers” web platform for ordering professional services and specialized works, including but not limited to services provided by lawyers, enforcement officers, experts, etc.
(hereinafter referred to as the Platform),
to enter into this agreement as follows:

The Provider, via the Internet, grants users access to the Platform located at

as well as to its functional capabilities through user registration on the Platform.
2. Platform Users
Platform users include:
2.1. Individuals (citizens of Ukraine, foreign nationals, and stateless persons) who have reached the age of 18, possess full legal capacity, and are registered on the Platform on their own initiative by creating an account with the Provider’s approval.
2.2. Legal entities registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations, as well as legal entities established in accordance with the laws of a foreign state, which are registered on the Platform on their own initiative with the Provider’s approval.
3. Platform Specialists
Platform Specialists are users who provide services and perform works through the Platform, including but not limited to lawyers, private enforcement officers, experts, etc. (hereinafter referred to as Specialists).
Specialists:
- do not enter into employment relationships with the Provider;
- are not employees of the Provider;
- must possess relevant documents confirming their professional qualifications and authorization to provide services or perform works.
4. Platform Clients
A Platform Client may be any person who searches for and places an order with a Specialist for the provision of services or performance of works (hereinafter referred to as Clients).
Specialist services may be provided:
- on a paid basis; or
- free of charge,
depending on the agreement between the Specialist and the Client.
5. Role of the Provider
The Provider supplies information services to Specialists and Clients aimed at facilitating interaction between them.
In the event that any transactions are concluded between a Specialist and a Client:
- the Provider is not a party to such transactions;
- the Provider bears no responsibility for the proper or improper performance of obligations by the parties.
The Provider may:
- perform mediation functions between Platform users with their consent;
- participate in professional liability insurance of Specialists.
6. Obligations of the Platform User
The user undertakes to:
6.1. Post accurate and up-to-date information about themselves on the Platform.
6.2. Not transfer access to their account to third parties.
6.3. Properly fulfill obligations toward the Provider and other Platform users.
6.4. Use the Platform exclusively for lawful purposes in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine.
6.5. Publish only information they are legally entitled to publish.
6.6. Refrain from actions that may interfere with the normal functioning of the Platform.
6.7. Not publish prohibited information, including but not limited to:
- offensive statements;
- obscene language;
- malicious software or “hacker” programs;
- spam;
- advertising not related to the Platform’s specialization.
6.8. Provide the Provider and/or other users with documents confirming the right to provide services (for Specialists).
6.9. Independently formalize contractual relations with Clients (for Specialists).
6.10. Pay for Specialist services (for Clients).
7. Rights of the Platform User
The user has the right to:
- use the Platform in accordance with this Agreement;
- submit proposals and comments to the Provider;
- receive informational and technical support;
- access, review, and edit their personal data;
- receive notifications about updates and changes;
- delete their account upon agreement with the Provider;
- freely choose Specialists or orders;
- leave reviews;
- request correction or removal of inaccurate information;
- receive payment for provided services (for Specialists).
8. Rights of the Provider
The Provider has the right to:
- perform technical and administrative maintenance of the Platform;
- modify the functionality and terms of use of the Platform;
- obtain information from users necessary for Platform operation;
- remove information that violates this Agreement or applicable law;
- restrict access to or delete user accounts;
- transfer user information to third parties in cases provided by law;
- send service notifications to users;
- establish paid or free use of the Platform.
9. Obligations of the Provider
The Provider undertakes to:
- ensure access to the Platform, except during maintenance periods or force majeure;
- ensure the security and confidentiality of users’ personal data;
- provide informational and technical support;
- consider user requests within reasonable timeframes.
10–19. Final Provisions
10. The Provider has access to all Platform content, including users’ private messages.
11. By registering on the Platform, Specialists consent to the Provider using photos, videos, and other materials created while using the Platform for promotional purposes.
12. The Provider bears no responsibility for the actions or omissions of Clients and Specialists.
13. The Provider does not guarantee that the result of services or works will meet the Client’s expectations.
14. All disputes are resolved through negotiations and mediation.
15. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be settled by the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
16. This Agreement is public in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and enters into force upon publication on

17. Registration and/or actual use of the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
18. The Provider may amend this Agreement at its discretion at any time; amendments take effect upon publication of the updated version.
19. Matters not regulated by this Agreement shall be governed by the legislation of Ukraine.
