Rules for Using the “ASAP Lawyers” Web Platform
for Ordering Professional Services and Specialized Works
Effective date: May 23, 2025
These Rules define the procedure for using the “ASAP Lawyers” web platform for ordering professional services and specialized works (hereinafter referred to as the “ASAP Lawyers” platform) and apply to all users regardless of the type of their interaction with it.
“ASAP Lawyers” is an innovative web platform created to:
- provide clients with fast, convenient, and high-quality access to legal services;
- help professionals (lawyers, forensic experts, private enforcement officers, etc.) develop their careers and find clients.

(hereinafter referred to as the Administration).
Please read these Rules carefully before using the platform.
1. General Provisions
By starting to use the “ASAP Lawyers” platform, you agree to comply with these Rules of Use, as well as with the provisions of the Public Agreement (Offer) on accession to the terms and rules of operation of the “ASAP Lawyers” platform, which may be updated from time to time.
The Administration has the right, at its sole discretion, to amend these Rules at any time. Any amendments enter into force from the moment they are published on the platform’s website. Continued use of the platform after such publication constitutes your acceptance of the amended Rules.
If you do not agree with the updated Rules, you must stop using the platform and initiate deletion of your account.
The Administration has the right to restrict your access to the platform or delete your account in case of violation of these Rules or the Public Agreement (Offer), without compensation for any damages.
2. Registration Restrictions
Registration on the “ASAP Lawyers” platform is allowed for:
- individuals (citizens of Ukraine, foreign nationals, and stateless persons) who have reached the age of 18 and have full legal capacity;
- legal entities registered in accordance with the laws of Ukraine or a foreign state.
Persons who do not meet these criteria are prohibited from registering on the platform. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet the above requirements.
The Administration reserves the right to verify users’ compliance with these requirements and to restrict access or delete accounts of users who do not comply.
3. User Account on the “ASAP Lawyers” Platform
By creating an account on the platform, you acknowledge that you bear full responsibility for any actions carried out through your account, including cases of unauthorized access by third parties.
You are obliged to monitor your account and, in case of suspicion of unauthorized access, immediately inform the Administration.
The Administration is not liable for any damage caused by your failure to properly control your account or to notify the Administration of unauthorized access.
4. Publication of Information
If you publish any information on the “ASAP Lawyers” platform, including data that may be stored on material media or displayed electronically, you warrant that:
- you have the right to publish such information and its publication does not infringe the property or intellectual property rights of third parties;
- if the information belongs to a third party, you have obtained their consent for publication;
- the information complies with the laws of Ukraine and does not contain offensive statements, obscene language, malicious software, hacking tools, spam, or advertising unrelated to the specialization of the platform;
- the information related to your account data (surname, first name, patronymic, email address, and other identifying information) is accurate and belongs to you, and you do not impersonate another person;
- by publishing information on the platform, you grant the Administration permission to use such information for the operation and promotion of the platform.
If you delete published information, the Administration will make reasonable efforts to remove it; however, you acknowledge that copies of such information may remain available due to caching or other technical reasons.
The Administration reserves the right, at its discretion, to remove any information that it believes violates these Rules or the Public Agreement (Offer).
The Administration is not responsible for any damage caused as a result of information published by users on the platform.
5. Lawful Use
You must use the “ASAP Lawyers” platform exclusively for lawful purposes, in compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine, international law, and the functional purpose of the platform.
While using the platform, you must not violate the rights and freedoms of other persons.
6. External Links
The “ASAP Lawyers” platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. The Administration does not control and is not responsible for their content.
By following any external links размещed on the platform, you acknowledge that the Administration is not responsible for their content and will not compensate for any damage caused by their use.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights to the “ASAP Lawyers” platform and related content, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, design, text, and other proprietary materials, belong to Sivakov L.M. and are protected by intellectual property laws.
By using the platform, you acknowledge that no intellectual property rights to the platform are transferred to you, except as expressly provided by these Rules.
Any third-party intellectual property objects posted on the platform remain the property of their respective owners. Use of the platform does not grant you any rights to such objects.
8. Changes to the “ASAP Lawyers” Platform
The Administration reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the operation of the platform, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice to users.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Professional services and specialized works provided through the “ASAP Lawyers” platform are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
The Administration is not responsible for the actions or omissions of clients and professionals, nor for the quality, scope, timing, or other terms of services or works agreed upon between clients and professionals.
The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Access to the platform may be temporarily limited for maintenance or repair works.
You agree that the provision and receipt of professional services and specialized works through the platform are carried out at your own discretion and risk.
10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
The Administration shall not be liable for any damage suffered by professionals or clients in connection with the use of the platform.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, regardless of conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the “ASAP Lawyers” platform shall be resolved through negotiations with mandatory pre-trial dispute resolution and the involvement of the Administration, which must be notified in writing by the initiating party and reserves the right to conduct mediation between users.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or mediation, it shall be settled by the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in accordance with its rules.
12. Assignment of Rights to Third Parties
The Administration may transfer its rights and obligations related to the platform, in whole or in part, to third parties without notifying users.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations related to the platform to third parties.
13. Headings
Section headings used in these Rules are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Rules.
14. Validity of These Rules
These Rules are intended exclusively for the Administration of the “ASAP Lawyers” platform and its users.
